Our Website Handover Process

You’ll receive an email invitation to join Squarespace as the administrator of your new site. After creating your account, you’ll be able to log-in to the back-end and manage your website directly.

We’ll send you a link to your custom site explainer in the form of a Loom. In this video, we’ll walk you through all the different features of your site, show you how to make changes, add blog posts, and more. The link never expires, so you can always refer back for information as you’re working later on.

After your final payment is made, we’ll transfer ownership of the site over to you in the Squarespace console. You’ll now have complete ownership and control of your website.

What if I already have a Squarespace account?
Having an existing Squarespace account makes the process even more streamlined. Provide your Squarespace details and we’ll send your invitation to the existing account. No need for any additional sign-ups.
What the heck is a Loom?
A Loom is just a short video explainer. They’re popular with designers because they allow you to share information with a client while also walking them through their new assets via screen sharing. Just think about it as a short instructional video where your design team walks you through your new site and shows you all the features.
I’m not comfortable with managing my site directly. Can’t you just do it for me?
Absolutely. Get in touch and we’ll discuss the different options we have for managing the site and/or other assets.
